World-class sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice and pure spring water. Exquisite flavor, a blend of smooth and fruit aroma a deep rich taste.

Zen Tokubetsu Junmai, Iwate (300ml)
Harvested and brewed in the chill of winter to impart a light, refreshing taste. Medium dry made with a special brewing rice “Gin Otame”.

Shirayuki Reishu, Itami (187ml)
The rice is actually harvested in Australia, but brewed by a Japanese family. Mild, balanced and semi-sweet.

Maihime Karakuchi Ki-ippon Tokubetsu Junmai, Nagano (300ml)
100% rice brew, dry but not harsh with a rich, strong aroma with body and a tinge of tartness. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Kanazawa “Renaissance” Junmai, Kanazawa, Ishikawa (500ml)
Pure rice draft sake, brewed in Hideki Matsui’s native town. Using a secret wine yeast allows for a smooth taste, fresh scent, balancing sweet and sour flavors. Excellent with fish or met dishes.

Divine Droplets (300ml)
Made in an ice dome that is basically an igloo where the temperature stays about 28F, with 90% humidity and no wind. It is made in such cold temperature so that all bacteria is killed off allowing it to be a clean, pure, ultra-premium sake.
